These Terms apply to all interactions with truzonsolar.shop and Truzon Solar's services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Truzon Solar. By accessing our website at truzonsolar.shop, placing an enquiry, placing an order, or using any of our products or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. Your continued use of our website or engagement with our services after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Truzon Solar ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), a company registered in Gujarat, India, with its principal place of business at Shop No. 42, Himalaya Mall Complex, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380052.

Persons below the age of 18 years are not permitted to use our services or enter into any agreement with us without the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2 Our Services

Truzon Solar provides the following products and services, subject to these Terms:

2.1 Products

  • Solar photovoltaic panels (monocrystalline, polycrystalline, bifacial)
  • Solar inverters (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid, microinverters)
  • Solar batteries and energy storage systems (lithium-ion, lead-acid)
  • Solar mounting structures, cables, junction boxes, and accessories
  • Solar water pumps and solar street lighting systems
  • Complete solar power plant packages (3kW to MW scale)

2.2 Services

  • Residential and commercial solar system design and installation
  • Solar energy audits, site surveys, and feasibility studies
  • Government subsidy documentation and application assistance (PM Surya Ghar)
  • DISCOM net metering application and commissioning
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and post-installation support
  • System monitoring, fault diagnosis, and emergency repair services
  • Solar system performance optimization

2.3 Service Availability

Our services are primarily available in Ahmedabad and across Gujarat. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time at our sole discretion. We will endeavor to provide notice of any such changes where reasonably possible.

3 Orders, Quotations & Payments

3.1 Quotations

All quotations provided by Truzon Solar are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are subject to revision if there are changes in site conditions, customer requirements, government regulations, or significant changes in product prices due to market conditions.

3.2 Order Acceptance

An order is deemed accepted only upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order AND payment of the specified advance amount. A verbal or email commitment does not constitute a binding order.

3.3 Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price stated in the signed agreement. Government subsidy amounts, when applicable, are subject to approval by the relevant government authority and cannot be guaranteed by Truzon Solar.

3.4 Payment Terms

  • Residential Projects: 50% advance at order confirmation, 40% before installation commencement, and 10% balance upon commissioning and handover
  • Commercial/Industrial Projects: Payment schedule as specified in the individual project agreement
  • Product-Only Orders: 100% payment before dispatch unless credit terms have been separately agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), and cash (subject to applicable limits)

3.5 Late Payment

In case of delayed payments, Truzon Solar reserves the right to suspend work, withhold delivery of goods, charge interest at 18% per annum on overdue amounts, and recover all costs incurred in collecting overdue payments.

4 Installation Terms

4.1 Customer Obligations

For Truzon Solar to carry out a successful installation, the Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the installation site during the agreed working hours
  • Ensure the roof or installation area is in a structurally sound condition prior to installation
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from housing society, building authority, or local municipality
  • Provide a stable electricity supply point and switchboard for inverter connection
  • Inform Truzon Solar of any asbestos, fragile roofing, or other hazardous materials at the site
  • Ensure an authorized adult representative is present during the installation

4.2 Installation Timeline

Estimated installation timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, DISCOM inspections, or other factors beyond our control. Truzon Solar will communicate any significant delays promptly.

4.3 Site Assessment

Our pre-installation site survey is based on conditions at the time of the visit. Truzon Solar is not liable for unforeseen structural issues, hidden electrical faults, or other conditions discovered during or after installation. Additional charges may apply for work required beyond the original scope.

4.4 Completion & Handover

Upon completion, our engineers will commission the system, conduct performance testing, and provide you with a handover document including all manuals, warranty cards, and system overview. You are required to sign the completion/handover certificate upon satisfactory installation.

5 Warranty Terms

5.1 Product Warranties

  • Solar Panels: 10-year product warranty and 25-year linear performance warranty (as per manufacturer terms)
  • Inverters: 5-year standard warranty (extendable to 10 years for select brands). Warranty claims processed through respective manufacturers.
  • Batteries: 2–5 years warranty depending on manufacturer and model
  • Mounting Structures: 10-year structural warranty against corrosion and defects
  • AC/DC Cables and accessories: 1-year warranty

5.2 Installation Workmanship Warranty

Truzon Solar provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations. This covers defects directly resulting from our installation work, including structural mounting, electrical connections, and commissioning. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference.

5.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties are void or limited in the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage caused by accidents, storms, hailstorms, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or fire
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering by any party other than Truzon Solar
  • Failure to follow recommended operating guidelines and maintenance instructions
  • Shading or obstructions added after installation that reduce system performance
  • Grid fluctuations, voltage surges, or utility-side issues beyond the system's surge protection specifications

5.4 Warranty Claims

To claim warranty service, contact us at info@truzonsolar.shop or call +91 71254 78098. We will assess the claim within 3 working days and schedule service accordingly. Warranty service is provided during normal business hours Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM.

6 Limitation of Liability

Important: Please read this section carefully as it limits Truzon Solar's liability to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Truzon Solar shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our products or services
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
  • Reduction in energy generation due to shading, weather conditions, dust accumulation, grid availability, or other external factors
  • Delays in government subsidy approval, DISCOM net metering, or regulatory approvals beyond our control
  • Third-party product failures covered by manufacturer warranties (which must be claimed directly from the manufacturer)
  • Damage to property caused by extreme weather events, Acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from our products or services shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

6.1 Energy Generation Estimates

Any energy generation estimates, electricity bill savings projections, or ROI calculations provided by Truzon Solar are estimates based on average conditions and historical data. Actual performance may vary due to weather, shading, dust, grid availability, and other variables. Such estimates do not constitute a guarantee of performance.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Truzon Solar website including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and design elements are the intellectual property of Truzon Solar or its licensors and are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for informational purposes.

Our trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written approval.

8 Communication & Notification Consent

By using our services or checking the communication consent on our enquiry form, you expressly agree to receive communications from Truzon Solar through the channels described below.

By submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or consenting via our contact form, you acknowledge and agree to receive notifications and promotional communications from Truzon Solar through various channels, including but not limited to:

  • SMS: Text messages for service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers
  • Email: Newsletters, product launches, service reports, and promotional campaigns
  • OBD (Outbound Dialer): Automated voice calls for important updates and follow-ups
  • Google RCS: Rich Communication Services messages via Google for enhanced, interactive updates
  • WhatsApp: Business communications including catalogues, service updates, and responses to your queries
  • Other digital platforms: Any other communication platforms as may be introduced from time to time

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@truzonsolar.shop. Transactional messages essential to your service will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

9 Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

9.1 Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of order placement may be eligible for a full refund of the advance paid, subject to no materials having been procured
  • Cancellations after 48 hours but before installation commencement: refund of advance minus any actual expenses incurred (materials ordered, documentation charges, site visit costs)
  • Cancellations after installation has commenced: No refund of advance; Customer is liable for the cost of work completed plus restoring the site to its original condition if requested

9.2 Product Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect verified by our technical team. Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Installed products cannot be returned. Products purchased from third-party dealers or online marketplaces must be returned through those channels.

9.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. Refunds for payments made by cheque will be issued as a bank transfer to a verified account.

10 Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to first contact us directly at info@truzonsolar.shop or call +91 71254 78098 if you have any concern or dispute. Most issues can be resolved amicably and promptly through direct communication. We are committed to addressing your concerns within 7 business days.

10.2 Formal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration. Such arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the arbitration proceedings shall be held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The language of arbitration shall be English or Gujarati.

10.3 Consumer Forum

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You retain the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum or Commission if you are unsatisfied with our resolution of your complaint.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12 Changes to Terms

Truzon Solar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting a notice on our website and, where feasible, by email notification. Changes take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
